2008 Abstracts

Abstract Submission is now closed. 

Accepted abstracts may be presented in digital or poster format based on the preference of the author(s).

Digital format:

• Submit 10 Power Point Slides to abstracts@newcvhorizons.com representative of the text version of the abstract.
• Due by 5:00 p.m. CST on Tuesday, September 2, 2008.
• The number assigned to the digital presentations will correspond to the abstract numbers listed with the text version in the Proceedings book.
• Digital presentations will be available for individual viewing at each cyber center located throughout the conference in 3 separate stations in major attendee traffic areas.
• Digital presentations will also be available for viewing on 42” plasma monitors in the exhibit hall, however, they will be in a constant roll that cannot be paused for individual viewing.
• Digital presentations will be posted to www.newcvhorizons.com/abstracts.

• Posters are displayed on 4' high x 8' wide bulletin boards in landscape format. 
  
• Presenters must hang their own posters and bring their own tacks or mounting supplies.
  
• Handouts may be distributed.
  
• Posters will be located in common areas throughout the conference.
• There is no formal poster presentation session in which authors are required to accompany their posters.
  
• Posters can be displayed on any available bulletin board on a first come first served basis, as it is anticipated that most presentations will be submitted via digital format.
• Bulletin boards will be available beginning at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 9, 2008.
• Assistance will be available at registration for help finding available bulletin boards.
